Transformation Resource Centre hosts a friends meeting on the Topic: Does the implementation of Education Act 2010 reflect education as a right to pupils? What are the challenges on the ground?
The debate is a platform to bring all stakeholders (Ministry of Education, Teachers Trade Unions, Youth organizations, Media, Schools, Parents and concerned parents) under one roof to discuss the efficiency and challenges brought by the enactment of the Education Act 2010 and the New Curriculum.
In light of the above, the following questions need to be responded to;
What are the challenges brought by the current education system?
Do the education legal frameworks improve the standard of Education in the country?
Is Lesotho ready to effect the Curriculum?
Do we have enough education facilities to accommodate the recent improvements in the curriculum?
